Refund Policy

At SOC2Go, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- You must not have exceeded 25% of your monthly usage limits
- You must not have requested more than 5 document translations or AI refinements
- Your account must be in good standing with no terms of service violations
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Any feedback on how we can improve our service

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to your plan features until the end of that period.
If you cancel within the first 14 days and have not exceeded usage limits, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined above.
After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your billing period.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
- Accounts that have exceeded 25% of their usage limits
- Accounts with violated terms of service
- One-time add-on purchases (if applicable)
- Accounts that have been terminated due to policy violations
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the difference in subscription fees is not refundable. Instead, the credit will be applied to your account and applied to future subscription charges.
If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@soc2go.com before disputing the charge with your bank or payment provider.
We will work with you to resolve any billing discrepancies promptly. Unresolved disputes may result in account suspension.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
